I wouldn’t have thought Thomas would be a big risk to resign . No transfer fee/signing on fee.

Problem is with Thomas is that he’s going to have to take a huge pay cut to stay. He’ll be on good money with the fee we paid for him.

I’d like to keep him & Norwood. I’d like to see Marsh get a new deal & be loaned out. It was a shame he got injured early on at Scunny.

Not really seen enough of Helliwell to judge. Probably same as Marsh.

I’ve always rated Oduor & expect him to come good at some point in his career but best to release him. If he couldn’t get on the bench when Cadden was suspended for 3 games it’s clear Duff doesn’t rate him.

He’s probably going to have to take a pay cut wherever he ends up. He signed for us, with the idea of being a Championship first teamer. He’s not going to get that deal now. I hope he stays though.

I just feel like it’s a bit of a let down having to take a big pay cut at your current place of work.

I think you can mentally dress it up as a bit of a fresh start & a chance to work your way up at a new club but to me it’d feel like a failure taking a substantial pay cut to stay at Barnsley.

Norwood if we stay in this league. Marsh sign then loan out.

If we don't go up, I doubt Duff will be here to make that decision.
