That's ludicrous that the e-ticket option is available to in-person purchasers, but not to those buying online, who only have the option of paying £1 or £2 for options that they would prefer not to use.
Ridiculous! That’s beyond a joke. Some people can’t make it to ground and have to do it online… getting charged extra for pressing a few buttons on your phone to help with staffing levels and demands
there is an option online now. "Add to season card - no fee". Surprised that there's been no statement released explaining they've made a mistake and offering refunds to anyone who paid earlier
Nope. I've just bought mine, added to card, no fee. I assume they'll offer refunds for people who were forced to buy something they didnt want but I don't understand why they haven't just released a short statement saying oops sorry, refunds on the ways ladies and gentlemen.
Hope they offer refunds shortly. The offer should have been available from the start. Now the earliest purchases have been at a disadvantage.
What Am I doing wrong, I log in and can only purchase ‘spare seats’ no option to book my own seat?????
Found the same earlier. If you go to the 'your account' section they should be there ready to add to the basket.
The other thing the tickets are hard to find, they aren’t on the home matches but just Sunday, you have to click the three lines at the top. I had two looks and didn’t think they were available.
That's £2 postage for nowt. Surely all ST holders getting their own seat would have chosen to add it to their card (if the option had been available!)
More important than the £1 (though that annoys me every time), will it be possible to download the ticket rather than collecting it (having collection being the only option at the time of purchase).
Anyway of getting some info? Probably thousands of people ordering online have had no choice but to pay £3,£4 £5 extra but now suddenly the option to upload to your card or e-ticket is available.. not very good that.
I'm not at work buddy, off out with the family for the weekend. But I have mentioned it to colleagues and I'm sure it's something that will be picked up after the Bank Holiday.
