One thing that's annoyed me about this season, is that we've changed Michael Duff's name to Duffy. Don't get me wrong, I sing along to the Super Michael Duffy song, but it annoys me all the same.

I know it's a difficult name to get into a song, but it's not impoasible.

To the tune of all you need is love, for example.

the mads at the back song, it’s being doing my head in that we’ve all been singing “going to win the * league” when mathematically we can’t, can’twe sing “going up the * league” instead, works for all occasions then

On another note I changed the swearing bit to “football league” when signing with my son which works well if your not in a position to drop the f bomb, like when he’s singing it to his grandparents for instance

 

I concur on the name Archey, I guess it still works in the Stendel song. I don't like the Man Utd song, I have to admit. And it seems daft that we still sung it when automatics were out of reach. It would be like singing the Que Sera Sera song when 7 nil down in the fa cup i.e. beyond reach.
