I know there has been a lot said about the other players last night, but I thought Norwood had an excellent game when he came on. He had his doubters when he first signed, but he has been immense this season and he appears to also have found a few extra yards pace. Fair play to him, he has knuckled down and worked hard, and it also looks like he is taking on the role of mentor to the younger players. I hope he gets a contract extension offer, irrelevant of which league we are in next season: hopefully the Championship :):)

32 and in his 5th play offs. That's something to be proud of. Hopefully about to win his third final.

Outstanding. Came on and got something on balls that were out if reach.Chased, pressed. Absolutely love him. The effort is phenomenal.

One of the stand out players of the season for me. He has been superb. I love good honest professionals who put everything in and can play a bit as well. He fits that mould. I hope he crowns an excellent season with a stunner at Wembley.

He's been a brilliant signing for us, graft, quality, nous and all on the cheap at a time when we were in a financial mess. I'd love him to still be with us for another season or two. It's great that we've gone back to having the flexibility to do signings like this.

Tedic had a decent game but immediately Norwood came on he started winning headers against their centre backs and they more frequently found a player in a red shirt.

Two goals against Wednesday as well....both in front of the Wednesday fans...what's not to love about that? :)

Scoring past the Wednesday, scoring 1 or 2! Looks good, looks fine, and he's Barnsley's Number 9! Do wah diddy diddy dum diddy doo! :):)

I really hope he starts in the final. He causes way more problems than our other strikers.

I've been thinking about this. Do you think saving him for the final is part of Duff's materplan?

Not sure Helen. I guess it's hard to drop Cole as he's top scorer and Tedic has scored a few and had a good few weeks. Still Norwood for me. Probably over Tedic. Cole has had a decent season. Better than I expected. Norwood stretches and probes opposition defences far better though. And he's got a couple of goals under his belt against Wednesday.

Don’t think Duff would do that. Always seems focused on the next half, never mind the next game.

I think it’s horses for courses. Against teams with a massive but quick centre back it makes sense to play Tedic to tire him out and fetch Norwood on.

No way would Duff do that in my opinion Helen, it'd be very arrogant of him, quite insulting to Bolton, and I personally don't think he'd do that. As above post says, he plans for next half, not next game. In saying that i thought Norwood was excellent when he came on, when we were defending late on, instead of him just lumping it, he'd control it, pass, run. Great experience for us.

Made a great contribution when he came on ran his blood to water. When he chased their lad down the wing then won a throw had me on my feet. Would love for him to have a shot at the championship.
