Are the other 5 teams using Ticketmaster?

That really needs addressing to be fair. Why are we paying so much compared to the other teams?

Stockport are using " a third party" so Ticketmaster. Carlisle and Weds not.

The £3.75 that we're charging is the same as Luton and Coventry, who are using Ticketmaster.

We've included the booking fee and fulfilment fee as one figure. The other two clubs have broken it down as separate costs.

    Luton are saying digital delivery.

    Coventry are order fulfilment.

I know Ticketmaster has to make money, but charging the fee per ticket rather than per transaction is a bit of a piss-take from where I'm standing.

I thought that was made illegal a few years ago?

It's different. There's is per transaction or per order fulfillment, ours is per ticket.

If I buy 10 tickets in one go (using two season tickets) I pay £37.50
If Luton or Coventry buy 10 tickets in one go they pay £26.25.

Imagine paying £1.25 for ‘digital delivery’. I know it’s the same price but that’s a kicker to see it like that.

It seems it's illegal to advertise the price plus booking fee at least

Code rule 3.18 states that all quoted prices must include non-optional taxes, duties, fees and charges that apply to all or most buyers. If a booking fee is not optional, ticket prices must be stated inclusive of any booking fee, unless the booking fee cannot be calculated in advance.

If they cannot be calculated in advance, for example because they depend on the customer’s circumstances, the marketing communication must make clear that it is excluded from the advertised price and state how it is calculated (rule 3.19). It is not enough merely to quote the face value of the ticket and state in a footnote that the price was subject to additional and undisclosed fees.

I'm pretty confident it will be exactly the same as Luton and Coventry when someone logs on to pay tomorrow. Feel free to bump this if it isn't though as there's no reason there should be a difference.

I bet it’s the same thing (too coincidental on price otherwise) and ours is actually £2.50 per ticket plus £1.25 per basket.

The whole thing is scandalous. Ticketing in general is an awful, awful industry completely setup to benefit one party.

You're right but then how have the club managed to **** it up so badly? They've worded it extremely clearly that it's per ticket.

They still haven't apologised for the **** up for Bolton tickets which coincidentally involved booking fees have they?

Digital tickets won't get delivered themselves. You need digital postmen to deliver them. And they need paying. Last thing we want a week before Wembley is a digital postman strike.
