    Yippee!! Given it's Barnsley we will probably be given a nailed on penalty by the ref and some clown in the VAR room will overrule it.
    Then again, the referee is not obliged to refer any of his decisions to VAR anyway.

    An FA Cup game away at Burnley a few years ago.

    VAR overturned a penalty awarded against Dimitri Cavare as the Burnley player was in an offside position before he was fouled.

    VAR didn't overturn a soft late penalty awarded against Liam Lindsay, which ultimately won Burnley the game.

    Aye, I was there. The ball was on the spot and ref about to blow his whistle when penalty overturned. Did the yellow card get rescinded as well?
