How do you get them all together when you can only purchase 6 per transaction , by the time you have selected the next 6 seats they could have been sold
That’s a dilemma for many I expect. We got 22 (11 and 11 directly behind last time). Sounds like need a bit of luck and a quieter section
Classic isn't it ? I'm buying 7 tickets, 4 of which are for season ticket holders, but it won't let me buy 7 together - although we have a combined "entotlement" of 24 tickets
You need 2 ST holders logged in at the same time. Selecting seats together from each login should be feasible, as the seat map is very user-friendly, but you'll need to communicate with each other as to which you're choosing. Once you checkout, you get 30 minutes to complete the transaction, so there's no rush after that point.
And the 'phone line given on the announcement says " we're only open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m." although it's 9:50 a.m.
It didn't work for us mate unfortunately. My mate wanted to get 12 together (comprising of 8 ST holders before anyone has an eppy), but we had to do it in two transactions so we've ended up not all together.
Mmm so you can’t assign to patron members in your network after all? Separate log ins? So for my now group of 7 tomorrow i need to log in 4?separate times and one person may end up sitting alone?
Wow so we can’t use network. Which means we can’t even guarantee 3 sat together on general sale. What a joke. Can’t even try to do it logged in at same time as I’m at work tomorrow
It’s unbelieveable isn’t it? Making things unnecessarily difficult for people in General sale who want to sit together. Wasn’t that the whole part of the network thing in the first place? My group are all adults, so one of us could sit away from the rest, but for those with kids this is a nightmare. There are plenty of tickets to go around, we have evidence of purchase history - we are genuine supporters - why make it so difficult?
I've assigned tickets to 2 other season ticket holders leaving myself to last (we need 7 tickets) and it won't allow me to buy a seventh ticket for myself ! I've gone ahead and bought the six tickets (three assigned to other season ticket holders). I thought I'd sign in again and buy the ticket for me but it won't allow me to buy anymore tickets ! The web site is amateurish - I can't believe people (Ticketmaster) are able to charge for such an experience: I don't mean the ticket restriction, but the whole operation of the site.....
When I log in again it refuses to load the map and just refers me to having 6 tickets although only three are assigned to my client number.......
If you've bought 6 as a season ticket holder, another season ticket holder in your group will have to buy the other one.
If not allowing networks then general sale should have been at least 4 tickets to cover the average family. my wife probably won’t go now if we can’t sit together she was only going come for day out. But what would I do if I had two young kids? Choose which one can go and which one stays at home. It’s madness
Why 4 separate times? Wouldn't you only need two people to log in, one to buy 6 and the other 1? And if you co-ordinate it, you should get the 1 next to the 6?
Ticket master site is ****, Wanted 11 tickets, I've 4 people on my network + myself, can't do it, only allowed 6. Got 6 tickets on my account no problem, signed out of my account and back in on my son's account, selected 5 tickets got right through to payment then said I had to assign them? but he's only got two on his network so wouldn't let me proceed. I assume even though I signed in on my son's account it recognised my IP address. So I got An old laptop out and did it on that and it worked ??? The only problem was that it takes ages to boot up and Google needed updating and that took ages, it took so long to get up and running that by the time I got through to selecting them the only tickets I could get were on a different row. This time it let me purchase them. I'm traumatised now and going back to bed.
This is a right sh@t show. Logged in and simply unable to select a seat, the cursor is shocking. Think I'll be giving this a miss at this rate. Ticketmaster .... more like f@ckupmaster
