Just to distract everyone from the ticketing farce - what would your preferred way of winning be on Monday?

Obviously a very comfortable 3-0 win would be brilliant to save the old heart and nerves, and that would definitely have been my victory of choice against Peterborough.

But against the Massives? Most satisfying would be if they were clearly the better side but couldn't find a way through, and we sneaked a completely undeserved late winner, hopefully through an absolute VAR howler. Just to make up for the decades of terrible decisions and fluke goals against us at Hillsborough. I would then spend the whole summer reading their protestations over and over again. I would not get bored of it.

the board goes up for a minimum of 5 minutes of added on time with the score 0-0.

We score a winner in the 9th minute of stoppage time due to a 30 yard screamer of an own goal from Barry Bannan.

If it was absolutely guaranteed. a 100th minute equaliser in normal time. then a 129th minute equaliser in ET. then win on pens. obviously i can't guarantee that though, so a steady 3-0 win in normal time will do me :)

I must confess, I didn't enjoy the Swansea game at all, until the actual penalty save. I felt sick the whole time. Millwall was a lot less stressful for me.

One of the following two options. Don't care which honestly.

4-0 stomping. Never break a sweat.
1-0 in injury time thanks to a dodgy penalty or other controversial method.

Anyway but preferably in ‘normal time’ leaves more time to celebrate when we get back home

call me boring but Id vote for a 3 or 4 nill - something like the peterborough v fowls home tie
Id prefer to get through without a heart attack but as long as we win I dont really care though I dont really want us to win by a contraversial goal - they will bang on about it for years if that happens ( unless its a soft penalty given by VAR)

I'd take a carbon copy of Friday. Professional display but a bit of nerves. Weather their storm in the early second half and then see the exact moment when they collectively realise the gigs up.

In all honesty I'm sh***ing mesen. How many times do you beat the same team three times in a season??

I also thought Bolton would beat us before the first leg so what do I know anyway!!

I scored an own goal once. I hit the ball so hard it came back off their cross bar, over everyone’s heads & into our unguarded goal. Our goalies fault really, but me already having scored 5?& assisting the other 3, he was already on his holidays.
If your going to black your copybook, make it spectacular.. :)

Extra time doesn’t worry me. It feels like getting more value for your dollar. As long as we’re winning.. :)

    3-0 up at HT
An early 4th in the 2nd half to secure it before they fightback with a consolation or 2

A dodgy early penalty for the reds that VAR should overturn but doesn't resulting in a red card and goal. Followed by a couple of deflected goals.
At the other end Wednesday to hit the "woodwork" around half a dozen times.
Finishes 3 0 but all the pundits are clear, Wednesday have been robbed.
Carlsberg don't do play off finals............ .

I don't want anything other than a solid, convincing win. Couple of goals and undeniably the better side - no way for them to dispute it.

I don't want to hear that we were lucky or only won because of VAR/dodgy ref etc.

Beat them. Beat them fair and square.

They score first, we all think “oh no, we’ve never won when conceding first”. Two goals from us to take the lead before HT, a penalty and sending off for the third, Mads scores a fourth, we spend 30 minutes singing “it’s just like watching Brazil” and “we can see you sneaking out “, “top of the league and you f***ed it up”, “are you watching Mrs Bannan?” “4-1 in your Cup Final” while we completely and utterly humiliate them.
Failing that a last minute penalty and 1-0

95th minute penalty awarded by VAR for Isted coughing near a Wendy player, ball hits the crossbar and rebounds to Connell on the halfway line who lobs it into the empty Wendy net.

    Or summat.

Last time we went up in the play offs we beat Millwall 3 times that season so it could be a good luck omen !!!!

Goes to extra time, then penalties, with Istead saving from Bannon to win.
