Wembley tickets not received ?

Anyone have an idea of how to contact the box office or ticket master? The club telephone no 01226 211183 is a dead. The ticket master number on the BFC website states the line is closed and contact BFC ticket office. Purchased tickets online on Wednesday, have the booking confirmation but no tickets have been received Iv have checked SPAM & Junk folders etc. anyone else have have the same issues?

 

Booked some this morning and email came through an hour or so later so somethings amiss. Have you tried emailing under contact us?

 

I have sent an email a couple of hours ago and filled the contact page on the website but no reply as of yet.

 

Thinking going to need the email to be sent again. Hopefully someone reads the email soon!

 

Will try again but I’m doubting anyone will be respond. Oakwell seems to be closed, telephone number is dead, trying to speak to someone at Ticketmaster is a joke. Think the only option is the Wembley ticket office at the stadium by showing ticket confirmation or will have to fork out and buy more tickets and hope they are sent out!

Have you checked other email addresses you have incase you’ve got it linked to a different one?

 

Had the same email for 10 years +, don’t have another. Received the confirmation of purchase on Wednesday morning. Received nothing further from Box office, BFC or ticket master - checked all spam, junk and everything received with an attachment.

 

Don't fret. In cases like this, you'll need to head to the ticket office at Wembley, show your booking confirmation and they'll resolve it no problem.

Not ideal, I know.

Big well done to the ticket office, replied to my email this afternoon, tickets resent and received! Saves a long que at Wembley tomorrow.
