He completely lost it with one of their players and had to be held back

Could have been but I thought he was having a go at a Wednesday player and was held back by one of ours. Wasn't paying much attention though

I haven't watched the goal back, matey. Did Watters not track/mark his man? Hard enough being disadvantaged by the red, even harder if players weren't pulling their weight - especially ones who should be fresh off the bench

You're right @SuperTyke , I saw it too. It was Vaulks. I didn't notice the start of it but Vaulks made a rapid escape with Kitch in pursuit until he was held back.

One of the Wednesday players had the ball and was walking back for the kick off. Kitching asked him for it and he threw it away. Kitching shoved him and then followed him looking like he was going to kill him. Watters and (I think) Smith tried to calm him down

I saw him and Watters going at it. Assuming it was because of non-marking

From where we sat, it clearly looked like Kitch was going to give one of their players a stiff talking to and Watters held him back to stop him getting into trouble.

Pity really - at that stage he might as well have tw@tted somebody.

Fair dos. I didn't notice that, but a few have said the same so guess that's what it was about. I'd definitely take a red for Josh Windass though, if we ever get on the same pitch as him again.

Flint and Kitchen were at it just before the goal, with Flint raising his hands showing him all his fingers from the sideline

Why are you speculating about players not pulling their weight etc after a fantastic effort from all the lads , you are suggesting something about a player & then saying you need to watch it back, talk about looking for a scapegoat , it really is pathetic .

I think you need to re-read what I wrote. I literally said I didn't watch it back & then asked a question. If anything is pathetic, it's your overreation.

I have read it back & you are accusing players of not pulling their weight which was simply not true , they left everything on the pitch , no overreaction

I think he’s making a suggestion that Kitching might have felt Watters didn’t do all that he could and he was one of the fresher players having come off the bench late into the match.

Again it’s just an opinion and not something you need to be getting at each others throats about tbh.

That was Bobby Thamos Flint had a do with while warming up
