I am so confused about what could possibly have happened there. 2 swimmers dead, 10 injured and one person arrested for manslaughter who was 'on' the water, not in it. But police have categorically stated it didn't involve a jet ski or boat and nobody jumped from the pier. I really don't understand what the hell could have happened. Fishing where people were swimming and people tangled up in his line? God knows. Horrific anyway
