Turns out it is - had a natter for a few minutes with him and he said Luca is gutted about his miss- not as much as me son! Nice lad who's also a decent midfielder - get his name down quick! Turns out my mate taught Luca at school - good lad by all accounts but not very musical!
A mate of mine & big Barnsley fan is a teacher over Liverpool way, was Luca's head of PE and took them to the schools national finals. Said he's a lovely lad.

Seamus Coleman - I know he hasn't had a great 18 months, but he surely has to be up there in regards to best ever bargains in the premier league. Everton only paid 60k for him in 2009 - quality player. Was one of the best right backs in the league for a period of 3/4 years in the middle of the 2010's!
My lad’s mate from primary school now lives out in Saudi with his dad. He was over here a few weeks ago and my son met up with him. He casually mentioned later that day that he goes to school with, and is mates with, Christiano Ronaldo’s son.
