Same symptoms. Good to see he had his heart op done immediately. Still awaiting mine.Got a pre-op scan at Barnsley hospital on 26th of June and if that's OK I'll be given a date for my cardioversion (basically have my heart stopped and re-set to beat at a regular rate) Tom Lockyer: Luton Town captain given 'all-clear' after heart surgery - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65822231
Good luck, I had it 3 times first time din't work second time it did along with drugs, started up again had it again, third time it worked for a longer period but came back. Ended up having open heart surgery, because they found a leaking valve, so had a Cox maize procedure for a/f, valve repair and a left atrial sack occlusion. Absolutely brilliant now, not on any drugs at all for my heart, a stable heart rate in the mid 60's. I know people that's had a cardio version and it worked perfectly for them. Take care mate, it'll be reyt. COYR.
I had a really bad bout of SVT 10 years ago heart spiking to 300 beats a minute putting me in CCU for a week needed a ablation to put it right had no symptoms before that
Best wishes and hope you have a full recovery. You're a top poster and thoroughly decent human being. I mean that from the bottom of my heart mate.
