    No we lost. I take your point and some things are better. But let's not copy the yanks too much. Unlike the NFL a game of football is a living breathing thing. It ebbs and flows in a way that American sports do not. The influence of the crowd is another thing our Cousins across the pond lack, the tribal passionate nature of the fans.
    Personally I like turning up and watching 90 minutes of football and going home.

    I wouldn't care about his politics if he was quiet and didn't use his platform to advocate for a cause and then be unable to answer when the clear hypocrisy is pointed out.

    Completely agree, he's been sublime. Not to overreact and I'm definitely biased, but I think he might be the best footballer to ever live.

    Inter were the best side. City never looked like scoring a second. Five mins injury time up and Pep asking why the whistle wasn't being blown. That's because your keeper fancied a drink from his water bottle to get booked.
