    TBH the worst was really riding a shopping bike up a train line from Perth & thinking I could take the 8 mile down hill at 30 miles an hour. Hit a place called Darlington, where the path was washed away. Broken arm & ribs. Still had a great holiday though. Bloody hurt though. Rise above it. if you can. I did.

    The worst bike rides in the world ever was every Friday and Sunday on the paper round at 6.30. Friday with the Chronic when it was a real paper with sections and things, then Sunday with the papers and magazines and pullouts and crap.
