    I’ve been following reds since1964/65 season when RedCB first took me and imho Muller is the best keeper I’ve ever seen for Barnsley

    I don't think he was even the best goalkeeper I saw play while HE was at Barnsley. Thought Steele was better personally.

    Which is something that I love. That we all go to the same games and come away with completely different opinions on how well individual players played and who is better etc.

    I also still think Simon Davey's behaviour that day against Colchester was the most disgusting thing I've seen from a Barnsley manager

    Imho. Heinz Müller is the best ever to wear the goalie shirt for us (and we've had several very good ones.) Not a flaw in his game. Not that I remember anyway.
    I would struggle to name any better to have played the game. But I was a massive fan of Pat Jennings and Gordon Banks.

    He was a bit funny with 1 on 1s and his diatribution was off, but other than that he's still my favourite ever too

    I'm assuming he's referring to allowing Muller to play on injured and likely doing himself further damage. I seem to recall we had no keeper on the bench or something? ferenczi was going to go in goal as I recall then Muller played on instead.
    Muller was clearly badly injured and should have been withdrawn.

    Yeah it wasn't so much allowing him to carry on as it was forcing him to carry on. I seem to remember that after the game Davey boasted that Muller had wanted to be subbed but they'd had an argument and Davey had won
