    If there is anything in these dodgy rumours, and if we are looking for a decent striker with potential at Lg One level...
    What does that do to the front pairing of Cole & Norwood ?. Or would it just be another 3rd choice striker like Tedic/Watters.

    A fit Norwood scores 30 goals. A fit cOle gets 20. It's the 10-15 goals support striker (s) we're missing.

    But admittedly, Dev should have got a lot more than 15 goals last time, in a team that went all the way to the Play off Final.
    I know his name keeps getting mentioned, but even Alfie May got over 20 in a struggling team.

    When we signed him i was bamboozled was it just after we lost against Swansea and Val left ? Very early and i thought why have we signed him again, i was right btw.

    So you'd rather he ran round like a headless chicken and score nowt than "stroll about" and end up top goal scorer?

    For the record he isn't a lazy player and I'm sick of seeing that. You think Duff would allow a player to be lazy on the pitch?! The players have very clear instructions on when to trigger the press and when I watch him in person listening to fans calling him lazy he is very clearly waiting for a sideways/backwards pass to trigger a press, or holding position while Tedic/Norwood presses.

    Tactics. Plain and simple.

    Think you’re a bit optimistic there. Norwood can only play an hour at most and might be good for a dozen goals if he stays fit. I really don’t see Cole scoring more than 10 either if I’m honest. I doubt he’ll repeat this season and he was pretty poor at the latter end.
