I know there are a few shops/stalls, but wondered if anyone on here had actually used one. Daughter’s IPhone 7 Plus needs a new screen and wondered if it was viable to repair it or perhaps look at getting her a later model. Cheers

You can get a kit really cheap off Amazon and a new screen and have a go. It’s a bit fiddly but easy enough.

Thanks I’ll have a look, but fiddly things and me are not compatible.

Try the newsagent on Peel Street they've got a seperate part of the shop for sales and repairs of mobiles. They fitted me a new battery last year for £20 which I thought was reasonable.

I've used the one near the back of M&S (next to Subway). They were really good but I don't know if it's still the same people that own it.
