Not yet - I opted for a physical card as well. Not sure if we get a new one or not this time or they'll load it on

We only got new cards last year when they changed back to "season tickets". Shouldn't be any reason not to reload.

When I asked in ticket office they told me that the season ticket in your phone's wallet should stay the same but that new plastic cards would likely have to be issued.

Corrected in post further down. Plastic card remains valid, phone wallet will need a new ticket.

The E ticket in the wallet of my phone clearly states that it was for season 22/23 and that it has expired.
Have I mis-read what you’ve said about it staying the same ?

No that wasn't an option to those of us who renewed really early. We had to pay for a new card and then they changed that and didn't offer early purchases a refund on what they didn't need or issue an apology.

No, you haven't. I wrote it wrong :D

When I asked in the ticket office they said the plastic cards would remain valid but the one in your phone's wallet would likely need to be replaced as they don't think there's a way to update it for the new season.

I was walking the dogs while posting and got it all back to front.

    No worries my friend.

Has anybody had their email with the digital link yet? It does say first 2 weeks in June on the receipt but I guess there might be a delay due to Beth's illness.
