    Surely the Gold Cup is between Coltrane and Eldar Eldarov? To me it seems there are question marks against every other runner.

    Could be right ….
    Trueshan’s last race was a big disappointment but he’s had some sort of operation on his breathing so perhaps an EW bet ?
    Having said that, a 7 year old hasn’t won for nearly 20 yrs.
    4 year olds have the best record.
    It was much easier picking Gold Cup winners when Stradivarius was about

    Yes he has tended to be pulled out in the past but he has won a couple on good and one on tapeta with loads of weight on his back.
    I’ve obviously got doubts about him but 18/1 for an EW bet seems good value ( or 12/1 for first 5 )
