Another failure rewarded. They made him a PL referee. But no, nothing is "money related".

Fair point, but it's only natural to gravitate to favourite players/managers.

I don’t mind at all mate.

It’s also exactly why I posted it. I think it perfectly sums up football. It’s not a story that I’ve ever put in black and white previously but Duff leaving just reminded me of it.

I appreciate your kind words, they mean a lot.

The tone of the article is a bit weird. Everyone seems absolutely delighted by the announcement. I wasn't sure if we'd lost our manager or won the lottery.

As far as I’m concerned Neerav it sounds like the board has no ambition if he is happy to be in our natural home of the championship.
I would have thought it would be every clubs dream to be in the premiership even if it’s for one season like we have done.

All the best Michael.. but it's probably one kick in the nuts too many for me.
    Very disheartening.

Well every club sacking a manager must just look to see who we have. I've never known us lose so many decent managers to other teams. Let's hope we can find another.

You’re edging dangerously close to Wednesday territory there, my friend :)

Only way I’m close to Wednesday territory is the wife who used to live in Sheffield AND she’s from Accrington so it doesn’t get any worse.

Cotswold school fees can be quite expensive.
