    Haha this sums up what my feelings are in all of this. It is ok to poach another manager from a smaller club but not ok for someone to do the same from us :D genius

    There's no one standout candidate at the moment and I can find faults with all of the leading contenders thus far. The contrarian in me says someone like David Martindale who's done an amazing job on a limited budget over several seasons but his baggage and lack of English experience might prove too much this time around.
