    Same here. Good to have on the phone early. Just waiting now on a refund and apology to early purchases who were forced to pay for a new card they don't need.

    Would certainly like to hear if anyone did what you say.
    .Only if requesting a new pass or change of seats requiring one. Were charges incurred I was told. Got mine on the second or third day of the early bird. . And was told my pass would be updated. I dont think anyone was forced to do anything. 1 guy while I was there bought his own and asked for 2 kids to be added. But moved places. Was charged as expected.

    Where possible exisiting 2022/23 Season Cards will be re-activated for the 2023/24 season.

    Any supporter who has changed category and/or moved seat will be offered the choice to purchase a physical Season Card for an additional £5.

    Upon purchase of a 2023/24 Season Ticket, every Season Ticket will be issued digitally, enabling supporters to access the stadium using their smart mobile phone.

    2nd paragraph hardly means forced.

    That's the trouble with these new fangled e-tickets and plastic cards. You can't tear em up and scatter the pieces around Oakwell, you can't wipe yer arse on em and chuckin em on the pitch in a flounce has no effect at all.
    Its all a scam to wipe out protest, that's what it is.

    I called the club on Friday about it, they were distributing them block by block, and said that they'd only sent the first thousand or so out. They were hoping to have them all out by the end of this week.

    Yep, had that reply too. Do they mean seating block by block? If they do, then it's bollo¢ks as the seat next to mine got sent out over a week ago.
