    Goodwillie isn't a convicted rapist. It was a civil case and he was never prosecuted. So a court determined that he more likely than not is a rapist, but not beyond reasonable doubt and there is no conviction.

    I'm not suggesting he didn't do it or that he isn't massive lovely person, but thought that was worth clarifying.
