So looks like he may get plenty of chance to prove himself in the prem.

Shrewd move from Luton I think. No matter how they fare next season, I think Carlton will stand out just as Ashley Ward did for us in the Premiership. Puts Luton in the driving seat if they do suffer relegation and bigger clubs come knocking.

Who would have thought Luke Berry would be a Prem player. And tbh Andersen that first season couldn’t pass and him and Diaby were appalling. And Woodrow after his efforts two seasons back.

I think Luton have a very tough season ahead of them. No one thought anyone would ever get lower than Derby's 11 points, we shall see.........

The only real thing they have in their favour is that tight little ground which will be a bit intimidating for some opposition players and might just get them a few wins. Away from home will be a different story though.

    Relegated by February I predict

Give em some credit, they were saying the same about us when we went up.

We moan on here about the Man City's, Newcastle's and then when someone does it the right way we stick the boot in.

I actually think they'll surprise a few people in terms of how close they'll be to staying up. I reckon they'll go down but nowhere near as low a points as Derby. I reckon they'll revert to a Burnley-esque style for a lot of the season. I actually hope they do stay up though.

Not sticking the boot in, it looks they are attempting to take on the PL with a Championship play offs side and L1 signings. I wish them well, but realistically it's not gonna work. Hope I'm wrong.

Sheff United haven't signed anyone either. Could be down to results against each other

They're using the PL riches to get a new ground, which is fair enough. To date they dont appear to be interested in buying big or getting anyone with PL experience. I'm not saying what they are doing is wrong, there's a lot of cash in being a PL/ Champ yoyo club, I just see them getting relegated with a very low total.

I think they're doing the exact right thing, I would hope we'd do the same in their position. Sorting out the ground & facilities will bring huge long term benefits. There's loads of time left in the transfer window, and I think it's admiral trying to achieve safety with the players who got you there in the first place mate.

Still think they'll go down, but not without a fight, in my opinion.

Apparently they’ve capped wages at £15k and are insisting on relegation clauses.
They will be signing the ultimate “shop window” players this season.

A club with a brain! Bet Bolton, Wigan, Derby, Stoke etc etc wish they all had similar wage structure & relegation release clauses :D
