    Tampa Bay Rowdies Head Coach since 2018, won back-to-back championships with them. He is known for the work he's done improving the playing culture at Tampa Bay. Done a lot of work with the fans and community and is well thought of by those fans. Maybe a bit of a left field appointment but if you drill into to what he's done at Tampa Bay it starts to make a lot of sense. Used to live in Sheffield and obviously spent a good part of his playing career at Sheff U.
