Anyone think the club could do a link up with Tampa Bay Rowdies? Maybe invite them over for pre season next year. Could look at having a green and yellow 3rd kit next season. We already have a US sponsor. Maybe tap into the market over there as well? Just a thought. Apologies if already posted
Why? Because we have got a bloke coming in as head coach from them and another joining as assistant. We going to start creating links with everyone! It’s a massive no from me!
Eyup Rowdies CEO, I know we’ve just nicked your manager but do you fancy nipping across the pond for a kickabout? Cheers, Khaled.
Not the worst idea I've ever heard. And putting aside the timing difficulties, I'm surprised at the negative responses. We're all desperate for our club to win promotion and consolidate as a solid Championship club. In order to do that, we need more money - lots more money. Any and all potential money-making ideas should be considered. Most of them won't fly, but any that do will benefit all of us.
Could tap into the player market. Find the next Dike mebbe. Just a thought. But I agree. Any money making ideas that will benefit the club would be great
Yeah, that Cheltenham link-up last season worked a treat. Still wear my half & half scarf with pride.
I don't think theres much to gain they've a very small fanbase, not much social media footprint, l think due to the number of Reds fans watching their game and highlights the other nights it's doubled their number of views. Although an away game with them next July would be nice....
Oh so you’re the person buying these half and half scarves Just thought an idea to bring revenue in by tapping into the US market. Mebbe a rich Yank could invest.
Are you really surprised at the negative responses, Tha’s bin on the bbs long enough to know there’s some real miserable feckers on here,
https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/tampa-bay-rowdies/besucherzahlenentwicklung/verein/23565 They get poor attendances and play in a 2 sided ground, in a league you can't be promoted out of. We'd gain nothing at all from having a partnership with them.
