    Lol at people who thought we actually put Toby Tyke on the New York Stock Exchange.

    Lots of people still involved that were Directors & ultimately agreed to let this lot in. Not only Lee & Conway we should be looking at.

    Deary me, but can't say I'm surprised with some of the things I've heard about Paul Conway in particular. He will still have a certain poster on this forum supporting him though!!

    Seems to me this is another fall out from the 'smoke and mirrors' act Conway pulled on everyone. He swanned around for 4 years giving the impression he was a major investor when in reality he was just a phony salesman.
    Like all good conmen, he kept the US investors well apart from Neerav and the Crynes and convinced them all, plus Chien, he could run a football club.
    He even made himself CEO for a summer and nearly ruined the club!

    It was only a passing comment from a departing Dane Murphy that alerted Neerav to the truth and put him in direct contact with JAQ and the other investors.

    This is a continuation of the fallout from it all and hopefully the beginning of the end of Conway and Chien's involvement with our club

    It has to be. The club should have gone through the fit and proper test after the coup but didn't. The main charges were towards the current board.

    Yes but again while neerav might not have bothered to research or ask who the investors were what I don't get is why those American investors sat silently watching if they cared as deeply as they claim to.
    And also how did Dane Murphy know more than the board of directors and owners of the club anyway? Did he just rock up and say "gimme the job. I can't tell you why but gimme it"
