It's saying we are likely to be in for a points deduction, is that true? Not like we have gained anything or cheated so I think a points deduction would be unfair.
Why are the owners not given personal fines? After all this is all down to their actions not what a football club or fans have done.
Perhaps, after how many times the FA apologised to us last year for bad refereeing calls, they'll actually give +2.
They may well want to mate, really don't think it'll be us though as id be extremely confident we'd win appeal - especially considering Birminghams punishment and the fact we initiated the investigation and reported it to the FA. If they come down hard on us, it'll prompt other clubs in similar situations to perhaps not be so helpful
Totally ignores the fact that it was a club investigation that led US to approach the league, not the other way around, plus providing them with most of the evidence that they will need. Personally can't see anything other than a suspended or punitive points deduction as the club gained no playing advantage. Nothing more than us taking steps to purge ourselves of Conway and Lee.
Perhaps we need to do something like this… https://www.mrrichardclarke.com/blog/fanswhobuyplayers?format=amp
I feel the club is going to walk round the streets of Canterbury whipping itself in penance after admitting to it's crimes.
I'm no expert but yes looks pretty obvious the others in the group have done this to try get rid of conman and Lee.
It always amazes me how the very body hammering Clubs for their owners, face zero repercussions themselves for approving them in the first place!
