Anyone who has followed the reds for half a century deserves respect. So let me ask three questions... 1) do you sincerely think we're relegation fodder? 2) if so, why? 3) did you have the same belief prior to the 22/23 season?
yes i do think that we are relegation fodder we are a lot weaker team than we were last year and the moral within the team must be very low, weve lost a very good young coach and there is a possibility of a points deduction No i thought we would finish mid table last year
The squad at present with very little depth is definitely mid table. I'd hope it will get strengthened in the next 2 or 3 weeks but the way things have gone so far I'm not holding my breath. 3 or 4 more players of decent quality are needed in the right areas to make us a potential play off side.
So what leads you to believe the team has poor morals? Collins is 6 years younger than Duff. Why would you think we'll get a points deduction when Birmingham didn't for an almost identical, if not worse, offence.
Thank you. I believe we will make the play-offs again for reasons others have outlined above. I think we are strong enough to compete but Anderson will be a big loss and it will take time (as it did with Duff) for us to get going with a new manager and some new personnel. For me a lot rides on keeping Jordan Williams (for RWB), and Liam Kitching, who I believe will stay (not convinced on Williams staying yet for some reason). A lot rides on the back three: hopefully Lopata can seemlessly slot in; for Cundy and McCarthy, it's both an opportunity and a test to prove their mettle. I'd also like us to have more in attack. Maybe Shaw will step up, I think Watters would be a good signing. Jalo and Marsh in good time could be useful. Norwood is 33 in September and won't last the whole season as a consistent starter, and Devante needs to keep the goals coming. I predict 3rd place, based on a weakened league. Not convinced we'll have enough for automatic. Anything below 8th for me will be hugely disappointing and I can't see it, but I respect your opinion.
Each case is individual so you cant base no point deduction that happened with Brum, agreed Collins is 6 years younger but he has no EFL experience as a manager as for morale its not nice seeing a team broke up and no new blood coming in we are weeks to the start of the season and we are struggling to get free transfers over the line, something isnt sitting right at Oakwell at the moment.
Can't he get banned for this? He's clearly not a Barnsley fan and he's trolling. Others have been banned for similar.
Please Gally please ban him, please please please and I will give you a little fondle at the back of the west stand in the bogs at half time, please Gally, i love you, your my hero As if i give a flying **** about getting banned, your all up each others cracks anyway
