nicking grates

    Whos nicking all the grates around town?

    They have obviously been nicked to weigh in as scrap but there are traffic cones all over town where the grates are missing. Couldn't they make it an offense on the scrappy to weigh stuff like this in and the problem stops?

    Good idea but do you know any honest scrap metal dealers?
    There's no reason why they shouldn't report them or turn them away currently because they're obviously stolen but they don't.

    Same round Donny last year it’s bloody dangerous! I have my suspicions on the culprits given most people wouldn’t be able to legally weigh them in but I’ll stay away from being labelled racist.
