    Barnsley not to be promoted...
    Seems obvious when the club are replacing players with unproven players, selling our best striker etc...
    We were 4th favourite for promotion...Can u get odds to miss out?

    Betfair currently have us to lay at 7.2 on the promotion market. So, for every £6.2 you lay, you'd win £1.

    We are currently 5 to win promotion, so you might be able to match at lower odds.

    Oddschecker have us joint fourth favourites to win the league, outright fourth favourites to be promoted, and fifth favourites for a top six finish.

    I’m not sure I share the bookies’ confidence however the league isn’t realistically that strong and we have a lot of players that are better than most at this level.

    I could probably manage us to a top half finish with our midfield. We likely need at least one of a decent centre back and decent striker to be signed for a run at the top 2 but I'm expecting us to be in/around the top 6
