    They should check their renewal email. They could well have new cards sat waiting in the box office.

    Here we go again. Some us when renewing had to pay £2 if we wanted a card as well as the digital pass. There was no option to put on old card. I am now finding out that some have been given new cards that they weren't expecting and at no charge. How's that work?
