I think there is something wrong with the Luton Town spreadsheet. It's identified players that have never played for Barnsley.....
Is that him who states the bleeding obvious in his so called news reports / investigative journalism?
Maybe they are confusing him with playing AGAINST Barnsley in one of his last competitive games (about 5 years ago)
He was sensational when he came on against us in the cup, changed the game, crazy how stop and start his career has gone
Hero status at Everton then chased the money going to Chelsea . Which is better rich man playing every week at Everton or very rich man and not for the last 4 or 5 years.
Plenty of people and footballers at the time he joined thought he'd be good enough for Chelsea. Even if it was for the money, its not different to us leaving our jobs for better paid jobs
I disagree with us it a no brainer if offered more money elsewhere not many working class people are on anywhere near what Barclay was on at Everton. As I said in the original post it's a choice of been rich or very rich not saying he's wrong but the grass isn't always greener.
Yeah but he probably thought he could do well at Chelsea and win some trophies that he wouldn’t win at Everton - wouldn’t have been solely about money I imagine. He’s not gone there knowing he’d be crap and not play has he? Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Harry Kane making a massive f cuk up leaving Spurs. They've gone to town with the summer signings and with Liverpool and Man City being weakened by the Saudi's coupled with Man Utd and Chelsea being in disarray. They'll never have a better chance of doing the quadruple.(forgot they didn't qualify for Europe).
3 goals in his last 48 games. If we had just got promoted to the PL and were signing him, I would be disappointed.
He's been absolutely awful, in trouble with the law and nearly thrown his career away. He's in the last chance saloon, I'd say it's a risky signing but if they can get him enjoying his football again and playing to the levels he did at Everton then he could keep them up.
