Not commenting on the validity of this rumour but pretty much sure that’s how most transfers work these days. Clubs don’t tend to bid on players unless they know the player wants to join them. Certainly how it seems to work in the prem if you follow Fabrizio Romano or the other well connected journalists.
I am starting to think tat these so called bids are a spoof. Just something to get the fans off te boards backs.
What makes you think that? If it turns out not to be true I’d say it’s more likely to be his agent drumming up interest rather than our board creating “fake” bids.
Effectively 1 in 3, and he's only 24. Not a bad record at all that. Honestly I don't know what people expect. Having seen him play, he's strong, likes to press, and is quite quick. Similar mould to Carlton Morris.
