On the odd occasion I do predict us to lose, we often win. I vaguely recall us drawing with Plymouth on the Tuesday, who were bottom of the league at the time, when we had Stendel in charge. We were set to face Peterborough who were league leaders at the time, and had Ivan Toney scoring for fun. Many predicted us to lose heavily as our display against Plymouth was lacklustre to say the least. We ran out 4-0 winners in one of the most comfortable victories I've ever seen us have.
Looks like I was unduly pessimistic - far more comfortable than I expected and Roberts only had one real save to make
Happy to be wrong. Well done reds. I hope it's not just because of the sending off. We still need strengthening.
