    Imagine this in reverse, men’s team win World Cup and a women FA member kisses one of the men, it would just never happen and hasn’t to my memory. Bonkers that a fella has done this in the infancy of the women’s game, it’s like your bosses bosses boss kissing you out of the blue, it’s a sackable offence in any line of work

    I think for Spanish FA read Rubiales. herd to see them winning in court if they try prosecution but hope they dont as thats not fair on Hermoso though

    Rubiales mum gone on hunger strike,locked herself in a church and said she gonna starve herself to death,due to the social media/media demonisation of her son,the family spokesman said media camped outside various family homes and it ruining their lives

    He’s a sexual abuser and nothing you say will get me to feel sorry for him.

    He should have resigned immediately and none of that would have happened. In reality he should face charges frankly but that’s another matter.

    There's no media demonisation of her son as far as I can see. Her son is a total nob. If media are currently camped outside her house that's of course crap by the media but if she's gonna go on hunger strike it would be good to do it for good reasons rather than to support a twa.t.

    If the media are hounding her than that's bang out of order. I have no sympathy for him though. He demonised himself by showing absolutely no contrition and just relentlessly digging the hole deeper.

    Seems like Spanish prosecutors are opening sexual abuse charges against him and given the player 15 days to give her statement.

    His mum behaving like a 3 year old won’t help him.
