    So many clubs in the area, which probably goes some way towards explaining the relative lack of success for most of our clubs.

    Leeds are probably the most decorated of our clubs, but I'm pretty sure it's the biggest one-club city in the country. Hull is a rugby city, first and foremost. I think it's fair to say that if Sheffield only had one club, it genuinely would be MASSIVE.

    I ask out of interest. Also because I have read that Rotherham look set to sign the Exeter striker that we have been linked with. Just can't see Rotherham as a bigger Club or a more attractive move than coming to Oakwell

    I'd suggest it to be more attractive to play in the championship than in league 1. They will probably be paying slightly more in wages than us too at present.

    They're a tier above us though? I know the two of us are likely to yoyo between the two divisions over the next decade, but I wouldn't criticise any player for wanting to play at the highest level?
