What will we do with him .Will the club try to pay him up and get him out now we have a bit of cash .Or is the Turkish window still open .
I think the Turkish one shuts September 15 so could definitely do with putting the feelers out over there. Maybe even Saudi Arabia then we can make some money too…
Speaking of which, I've ordered my russian advent calendar for December. Every time you open a window a general or oligarch falls out.
Pay his contract off ? Only way out unless he goes on loan abroad and does enough to get signed. No idea of his wage but there has to be a point wheee we cut our losses given there’s no intention of playing him. I’m expecting an announcement over next few days.
I think a bit of skillful negotiating regarding some of our high profile outgoings (Mads, Kitch etc........) could have persuaded the buying club to take Iseka on a nominal fee as part of the package. That would have been one way of getting him off the wage bill. Potentially someone like Luton, where he is slightly closer to a channel crossing across to Europe, might have put a spring in his step and actually made him want to start playing footy again.
Personally I would prefer him being more interested in a move to Al Sithi and us get nothing apart from getting him off the payroll!
With the transfer money we’ve generated, I’d pay his contract up. What an absolute waste of a signing.
Fortunately, our opinions don't mean much because I've seen a few people say this yet every coach or assistant coach doesn't agree with it.
No clue mate, I must admit those couple of games he impressed me, but clearly something doesn't sit right with the people who see him every day. Whether it is because he's lazy or whether he is just a bad egg
I agree, I would rather he was playing as he certainly appears to be talented. But for whatever reasons they’re not, so I don’t see much point in keeping him around. Guess we’ll never know the real reason behind it though.
I think he deserves to tell his side of the story, obviously this won't happen until he's left. Il hear both sides and then still blame Khaled regardless.....
