According to my daughter also sent congratulations to kitching on Instagram. Does the same apply to him as Kane out of interest!?
I think the difference is they were sent this morning, not 10 seconds after the announcement and they were of a more professional manner and with some thought given to their employer and the fans. Class over behaving like a teenage girl. He's currently playing like one too.
I'm not on instagram but all he did was repost the Coventry tweet with well deserved brother. And he also reposted BFC tweet welcome to Sam Cosgrove.
Don't know what all the fuss is about' good deal all round' he goes to a higher placed club and we get more than he's worth' everybody should be happy.
I have no idea why gender is relevant to this. It's not like teenage boys are known for consistent, sensible, respectful behaviour.
Like someone said earlier why don't they just send him a direct personal message. The need to put everything on social media is a bit of self indulgence and inferiority complex.
I'm not sure whether something is tongue in cheek defines whether something is acceptable. Be the change.
I don't think Luca sent his congrats one minute after it was announced and replying to an Instagram post isn't quoting a tweet for everyone to see.
as far as I am concerned there is absolutely no problem with one colleague congratulating another on what they see as a positive move. To expect the same from the majority of fans is something else though as they are invested in their team and want the best for their club, which is not the better players moving on.
