    ..... imploding against Bristol City.

I watched extended highlights of their game at West Brom, and they could easily have come back to draw having given WBA a 3 goal start. However, their defending was woeful.

Strange, considering how supremely organised we were at the back last season.

New manager, relatively new squad with key players sold, new style of play, only in September, has to be given more time, but will they?

Would we have given him more time had we been promoted & this was the start we made?

It's not looking good for Duff..... If he plays his cards right he could be back here by Xmas and take us to promotion.

    Michael 'short haul' Duff

What a terrible shame to see he's not managed to pick up a win yet. Hopefully Swansea's fans and owners are in it for the long haul otherwise he may find himself without a job.

He did want to move closer to home, if he keeps up this form he’d be home a lot sooner than he thought. :D

Given Cheltenham's start, there may soon be a vacancy on his doorstep.

I completely agree that any calls to sack him are absolutely ludicrous.

I'd like to think that once we get back up, if we have a wobbly start then Collins or whoever it might be would be given plenty of time and patience, but Andy Ritchie (not under current ownership, granted) and Daniel Stendel would attest otherwise .

“The margin of victory did not reflect the gulf in class between the sides, with Swansea rarely troubling their opponents.”

oh dear, what a shame, never mind.

Same could be said of when we had Schopp, but most of us wanted him gone in September, because whilst it was early we couldn't see any hope. You shouldn't just hang on to someone simply because they haven't been around long.

Personally I'm enjoying seeing him struggle. No need to worry Swansea Fans he's a long haul guy.

He’ll probably end up back in South Yorkshire with Sheffield Wednesday. They were rightly jealous of us last season & would have taken Duff off us.
