I reckon Mael de Gevigney will be our next Mads.

Some great passing today, composure, good position. Can tell he's giving everything to perform, didn't wanna come off after his injury. I like him, he has a raw component about him but that's to be expected.
His crossing is wayward, was really poor today, but other than that, I thought he looked an assured player.

Mads was poor when he joined initially. Fingers crossed this guy takes the mantle? :D

    More like our next M’Voto.

But in seriousness if he calms down a bit there’s potential there. Think he’s trying a bit too hard at the minute.

I’d go for our next Bambo…

I do think he’ll come good though. He drove forward out of defence a couple of times from the right like Kitching used to on the left.

I agree with ‘trying too hard’.

However, as fan, I’ll take that any day over some lazy tw@t, regardless of ability.

Agree with that mate, and I think the reason he's doing it is because of his debut couple of weeks ago, trying to make up for it. Randomly seems to go off the boil at times, but definitely raw talent there

For me, Maëlle de Givegny is a (very surprising) follow-up to Liam Kitching. Kitch had had 5+ years in non-league/lower league soccer, de Givegny hasn't had that experience but he's certainly got the physicality/determination of Kitch (and, maybe, a bit besides ). I've not seen any player wuth that "machismo" (apologies, Spanish word) in any televised plaver in Ligue 1 or 2.

Let’s just give the lad a bit of time eh? We all know the dodgy starts that both Mads and Kitch got off to.
