A couple of random facts to add to the conversation...
    • Portsmouth have the highest xG in the division though are in the lowest quarter for xG vs Actual
    • We've got the fourth best xG and have best xG vs Actual in the division
Let's hope this anomoly last one more game (at least)

2-1 home win. Defence can’t keep on going the way it is without conceding but we have summet about us going forward.

Might be a tad more of a challenge than Burton were and they will be buoyed by their late equaliser at Derby but I still think we'll have enough in the tank for a 2-1 win.

I think Collins' team selection yesterday and the way his substitutions panned out suggested he had an eye on this fixture. I'd expect us to start with Cole and either Cosgrove or Watters. I think O'Keefe will get the nod over Cotter. I'm going for Reds 2-0.

I also think that’s why he brought in McCart for Shepherd. It’ll be a very tough game. Likely be a draw, which in the long run might not be too bad a result.

    Hopeful 3-1.
I am thinking our squad depth & quality will help with the busy schedule.

I've had a look at the number of shots they've been having in games (only on flash score which I know isn't always accurate), and they do appear to be quite wasteful in the final third. Against Cheltenham, it says they had 19 shots, all off target. A similar story vs Stevenage, 12 off, 2 on. The only worrying thing is that they've seemingly improved over the last few games, albeit against teams they didn't completely dominate possession against. They had 5 shots on target vs Peterborough and scored 3, and 4 on target vs Derby. I get the feeling they'll be quite patient in their build up, so we'd do well to try and look to counter given the pace we look to have.
