For delivery of the Black Toby Tyke top. I could have knitted it myself in that time.

Yep, arrived about nine.

 

Did you ever have or see anyone with knitted swimming trunks when you were a kid?
Not fit for purpose.

 

Ordered mine 6 July, still showing as processing the order.

 

I had them you had to be a strong swimmer and getting out the baths was a nightmare

 

Like the back of the shirt, Parliament on the bottom and an outline of Toby in gold at the top

 

just cancelled my order, will buy from club shop, shocking service

 

The Toby on the back is a nice touch the badge on the front is horrific

 

They used to end up round the wearers ankles containing half the pool water.

 

Unless you're a 4XL, I'm led to believe you'll have a wait, even in the club shop.

 

sounds about right mate deffo needs sorting out the supply issues

 

Talking to my mate on Saturday and he was wearing his new BFC top which he ordered and was delivered in less than a week.

 

Begs the question how are they prioritising orders? And what are bfc doing about it?

 

How did you do that. I didn't set up an account when I made my purchase. How do I get a refund?

 

i went to my order history on the superstore there should be a chatbot pop up follow the questions then when it asks click other issues and you get connectd to an agent i said i was querying where and when my shirt was they couldnt give me direct answer so asked for refund and it was sorted straight away refund takes 2 days to go to card you paid with

 

I'm fuming cancelled the order and when they'd cancelled it they revealed they'd dispatched the shorts only. Got refunds coming on the shirt and socks but not the shorts which they've dispatched.

When they arrive I can arrange a refund via the portal. Joke.

 

Another cancellation here too. Despite being previously told that the shirts would be here before 16 September I’ve now been told that they can’t put a date on delivery as they are personalised with a name a number.

… ah well looks like the kids may finally get the premier league team shirts that they have been pestering me for instead. Great way to encourage the support of the next generation of reds!!

 

Just been back online and even though the shorts haven't been dispatched they can't cancel and refund them because they were further along the process. They also can't tell me when they will arrive so I'm a pair of shorts out of pocket and can't get a refund until I've paid to send them back, they've been received by fanatics and they action a refund.

I feel like I've been robbed.
