Hey I know there are some Nfl fans on here, hopefully lol!.
We are now 2 games into the new Nfl season, and hey, this really is NOT rugby union lol.

My team (Dallas) have started 2-0, after beating both of the New York teams. So come on ehh guys, who else is a fan on here and who do you support ?. ;)

Been a Packer since it first appeared on channel 4 back in the eighties
so was going to be an interesting year this with the best QB in Aaron Rogers going to the jets and taking a couple of his receivers with him as to where my loyalties lie but that ended last week with him out for the season.

going to be interesting watching the packers (1-1) this year, got a good defence but the offense are almost all rookies, but they seem to have something about them,
    time will tell.

Hey up John ehh kid lol.
Yeah we/Dallas have a rivalry with the Pack, and the old Aaron Rodgers.
It bugs me that S.Frisco and Philly will be the teams to beat this season. Come on Dallas!!.

Also a big Packers fan here. Been to see them quite a few times in the US. Having watched both games I think the mixed bag we saw last night is exactly what we're going to get more of, especially with all the young guys on offense (it's the youngest team in the NFL, shades of Barnsley...).

I think we'll go something like 9-8 or 8-9. Year of rebuilding for the start of the Jordan Love era.

I always loved SF 49er's from back in the Channel 4 era with the great QB Joe Montana, so always root for them, although I do love Patrick Mahomes so I also follow Kansas City.

Been a NFL fan for just under 50 years since it was first shown on ITV. First game was the cowboys but not sure who they played. Going to my first live game on 1 October Jacksonville v Atlanta, sadly I'm up in the gods ,never been that high but that's all I could get without paying a fortune. Any information to what I might expect would be appreciated. Long live sport.

Aww that's a shame, as the N.Y Giants have done bugger all since then. :D

Hey it's good to see we've got some real runners and riders in this thread, and Mr Terry Nutkins as well too. :D

I've also been a fan since Ch4 started showing it way back in '83, and I chose Dallas Fc.

Eagles fan since 1981, which rivals supporting Barnsley in terms of a rollercoaster ride. Had season tickets for the London games for several years, so am looking forward to this years games, particularly those at White Hart Lane, which is such a great stadium.

As an Eagles fan responding to a Cowboys fan, I feel duty-bound to include the eternally accurate meme.

Packers fan since about 2004, played a bit at uni as well. Interesting first season without Rodgers but Love has done well. I think next year we'll be very competitive.

Follow the Packers but also have a soft spot for the Raiders. Bloke I work with is a huge Jets fan and was born in New York….. he’s absolutely gutted. All his hopes and dreams for the season dashed after 3mins of Rodger’s debut :D:D

I don't watch it much. One of my best mates is a massive Yankees fan. I like the Mets, as they were Gil Scott Heron's team.

Been a Giants fan since 2013 when it came back on channel 4. I looked at the standings and 2 teams were 0-6, Giants and Browns. Picked New York because it gave me an excuse to take the now wife to a game later that year. Been hooked ever since.

Very very amusing lol, and bear in mind nobody had even heard of Philly until Stallone did Rocky. :p
Also, why do we play in an Eastern division, when we're within a rats whisker to Mexico. I've never understood the League set up with some teams.

If anyone is interested, I have a spare pair of tickets available for the NFL London games on 1st and 8th October.

1st Oct is Falcons @ Jags at Wembley - seats are block 503, row 12, face value £100 each.
8th Oct is Jags @ Bills at White Hart Lane - seats are block 524, row 20, face value £93 each.

Drop me a message if you're interested in taking any of them. There are a few clashes within our season ticket group preventing everyone from making all the games.
