Whilst Cadden’s got loads of credit in the bank with supporters from last season I doubt he had with Collins as there’s been several games where it’s been a shambles down his side of the pitch.

I think Dodgson will start the next league game now & Cadden can’t really moan at that.

He played very well didn't he?
Still like Cadden mind. Tough call...getting O'Keefe to start is not though...he starts if fit.

    O'Keefe offers more.

Sorry but who is Owen Dodgson?
I'm only just getting round to recognising Harry Styles our number 26.

Agreed, O'Keeffe was very unlucky with his injury & is far better as a wing back. Cotter would be far better, if we played a back 4, with Williams behind him, however vs Northampton we probably need to go out on the front foot, with 3 in midfield.

Cadden benefited massively from having Kitch & Mads covering his back last season. Gave him the opportunity to bomb forward at will. With our back 3 still earning their stripes, he doesn't have that luxury this season and doesn't know whether to stick or twist.

Cadden is the same as Cotter, ok going forward. But our defence at present needs more than that.
Both Dodgson and O'Keefe look good both ways.. I'd play both these two.

I thought he played well but wasted a few good opportunities by overhitting crosses.

It would be harsh to drop either or both of Cadden and Cotter but I can see the argument to do it.
Both are big physical lads too that offer a bit more defensively.

Loved that free kick out wide where he drilled it into the middle.

Saw Owen against Grimsby and he looked a high-class player. All three subs the coach brought on at half time made a good contribution. Mind you Callum still man of the match.

Cadden has been woeful at times already this season. Like Phillips, very good on his day at this level but is at this level because he’s very inconsistent.

Herbie Kane was Barnsley’s best player last night.

If Cadden had pace he'd be playing in the Premier League. He doesn't, so he's with us.
