I ordered tickets for today's Northampton game online (Monday 18th), but they haven't arrived. Tried phoning ticket office, just put me on hold, then closes connection. Anyone any idea how I might contact the club/ticket office? I'm living down in Cambridge. TIA
I've had this problem before . If I hadn't received my tickets by Friday I've rung the office and they have sent them with the supporters coach. Hope you've sorted something out mate
Superstore takes me to some call centre that only deal with online sales. not on Facebook tried to message them via twitter, but it looks like their account doesn't accept messages not someone who proactively uses Twitter, only to read. I have replied to Barnsley FC's latest post, but I'm guessing that's not the proper place Is it worth contacting Northampton?
You have nothing to lose , hopefully they are understanding , you have confirmation of your purchase so hopefully they can print you another one
There's a lad, Neil Turton, posted last night under the club's post that he had two unwanted tickets that could be collected down there. Might be worth DM ing him?
Just an idea... Doesn't BFC usually have a 'pick up' point for tickets at away games? If they are doing one at Northampton you could try there - show them payment proof and they should be able to arrange some tickets for you.
Just looked on Northampton FC webby thing and found this, may help... The ticket office will also be open from 10am until kick off and again after the game until the queue has cleared. Please note from 2pm the ticket office will be dealing with Barnsley tickets only. Sales for other games will resume after the match.
Got sorted in the end. The Northampton ticket guy looked at my confirmation email and issued me some tickets. Thanks to you all for trying to help.
