Another absolute howler yet again yesterday and he's been binned off. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66976232
Listen to the Spurs manager(cant spell his name) he got it 100% spot on,mistakes will always happen even with technology so as i posted a few years back get rid of it because there are more errors than before because the refs are frightened to make decisions so they just pass the buck to the van men and even they cant get it right. And as for bookings ,sending offs and hand ball rules, well thats another laughable subject brought in by Mr Webb and team USA.Bring back Arthur Holland
About time, he's fùcking useless. Diaz looked onside looking at where the Spurs players leg was compared to the grass cut line. When it's so close it takes them ages on VAR, showing the lines to see if it was offside. . This time it just showed the picture without the lines. Took about 5 seconds then wasn't mentioned again.
VAR definitely wants binning but managers and players reap what they sow, if they hadn’t spent their time surrounding referees and blaming officials if the decisions didn’t go their way then maybe we wouldn’t be in the position now.
Watched the game last night. VAR spoilt it. Incompetent or bent. I genuinely think the 2 decisions he made / didn’t make were that bad that Darren England could have been taking a bung. VAR was meant to stop all this, get rid and or find a way to do it correctly
He reffed a game in the UAE a few days ago, presumably paid a hefty wedge by the same people who control Man City. Taking side gigs such as that is a clear conflict of interests.
Anyone that thinks Var is the answer didn't go to Wembley. The game is bent and whilst ever the vast amount of money is on offer it always will be. We weren't wanted in the championship because of the massive fan base of our rivals and if we make the playoffs this year its to be hoped we play someone with less support or we'll be ****** again
