Play Cosgrove & Cole upfront together.
    Why the unnecessary aggression?

I started watching in the 70’s so anything better than that is an improvement, so I don’t think it’s particular generations who moan. It’s a lot easier to write something negative than find positives after a poor performance and I get the frustration and annoyance when we don’t perform. I’ll forgive lack of ability, but not a lack of effort but I’ll express that in the ground.
I don’t think you get results from people by being overly negative about their abilities; I don’t do it at work or home so won’t do it about the club or the team. If someone has a different opinion then we should respect that without being aggressive or rude.

    Let’s face it pal

Portsmouth are top of the league

    Oxford are second

    Peterborough are fifth.

port vale were battered by us.

    blackpool were championship last year.

our 5 wins and 4 losses isn't bad anyway for promotion ambitions, but its even better when you consider all that.

    it’s all about perspective.

I trust it’s okay to be unimpressed with what we’ve seen so far without calling for the Coach’s head? That’s where I am. I accept he’s come to something of a basket case of a Club where he’s been dealt a very poor hand by the Owners/Executive. But even allowing for that, it’s still rather difficult to see (at the moment) how he’s trying to set us up to play.

Tbf I don't think McCarthy and Cundy didn't pull many trees up before injury.

The home form isn't great. But the away form is. Some seasons, teams play better - or at least get better results - on their travels rather than at home (different formations, pressure from fans, etc., etc.). We need upwards of 80 points for the play-offs. Normally, you'd look at 50+ at home and hope for 30 away. It might be frustrating for the fans, but if we can get 30 at home and 50 away we'd still likely be in the play-offs and might actually do better if we get to Wembley...#

Of course, we could lose at Cambridge and Exeter - but we are capable of getting 4 points between those two games.
