    I’m confused!
    Grealish is a regular pick for the best club side in the World but can’t make the starting line up for a his country.
    One of maybe 2 or three English players at city who are good enough for Pep.

    Maddison a regular and playing well at Spurs but he goes for Phillips who doesn’t play regularly for City .

    He's found a system that works best for our best players. He picks the best players for that system. IMHO it's good management compared to shoe horning folk in which no doubt ppl would moan about.

    Think it’s a obvious lack of trust he has in the so called flair players against the bigger teams and that’s the age old problem with England under Southgate
